So I am having the psudo d problem still, lots of mucus and softish stool once or twice a day, I'm sorry this is icky, but I didn't make it t the bathroom this morning, I can't live like this , I was on a very unhealthy version of the Btc diet for a long time, and have now added some foods it seems the more healthy stuff I add the sicker I'm getting, I have to travel on the 11th and I don't want to do it in depends

I eat bagle smart balence light cinnamon sugar
French bread with seedles marionberry jam (ingredients marionberry purée, sugar pectin)
Potatoes, mashed or nuked in microwave
Well cooked steamed carrots
White rice
Cream of rice cereal made with water
Mint tea
Cranberry tea (dried cranberry dried hibiscuss)
I add minute amounts of smart balence to the potato and carrots

Do I need to drop the carrots and fruit to get stable? I eat four times a day, I'm eating more potatoes then rice, I know this diet is crazy unhealthy, would protein help bind things up adding egg whites? I actually miss the c I could function then

I don't want to be pushy, know not everything works for everyone but can't anyone just tell me what they would do right now if they were me?
I just feel really alone, and need something

That's a super bland diet, and I agree you absolutely should not have to eat that basic to stay stable. Protein might help, as it is more "constipating" than carbs, but i don't know if that's the issue. Have you been to a doctor? Do you have a good gastroenterologist you can go to? I would definitely consult with them. Have you been ruled out for everything (Crohns, Celiac etc) or tried an antispasmodic like Bentyl? For me personally, anxiety also is a big trigger and xanax (which I take for panic attacks anyways) always helps a D attack as well (All benzodiazepines have anti spasmodic properties). I think your problem seems serious enough that you definitely need a doctor's help here! Sorry I can't be of more help!
