Hi and a. Late happy thanksgiving to the us folks on here, for the last two weeks I've had psudo d that won't let up, I am constantly passing mucus and then every like fith time there will be a couple small stools, I can't controle the mucus as it passes with the gas so have to wear something to protect my underwear, I'm totally miserable, I feel achy and dehydrated all the time, since my diet was pretty much a severely limited version of Btc anyway I decided to try a different approach, I've added steamed carrots, and I am eating an all fruit marionberry jelly( marionberry, pectin, sugar, end of ingredients. I eat homeade mashed potatoes, white rice, dairy free breads of varying types, bagels and cream of rice cereal I add tiny dregs of smart balence light to foods as well, so how do I stop the psudo d? Please help

Have you checked the ingredients in the bread and bagel to make sure they don't contain high fructose corn syrup or other IBS unfriendly ingredients?
What veggies and proteins are you eating?

I list in my original post every single thing I am eating, for vega tables I am eating carrots, potatoes and sweet potatoes, and yes the bagle has hfc, but here is the thing I stopped eating the bagel for a week and nothing changed, I am not eating any proteins specifically, as they are hard to digest, what I'm wondering is my body getting used to the more sf by my adding the carrots and sweet potato and is just finding balance? As far as the bagle, the only one I can find around here that doesn't have HFCs is Thomas and the fat percentage is about 7 percent, my body seems to forcefully(true d) reject any meal over 5 percent fat, and I can't seem to build that up

Are you taking a soluble fiber supplement such Heather's tummy fiber?
Some people have problems with wheat & rye - it makes them bloated, gassy and sometime C/D. Do have this problem too?
