Please email me at my private email. I have noticed your ongoing questions about celiac. I have plenty of info on this after my mom was dx at age 70 plus with celiac. We took her to the University of MD where she saw an expert in the field, Dr. Alessio Fasano. Our family learned a world of info from him. Including how gluten sensitivity affects an individual, even though they do not have celiac. There are varying degrees. I know from experience all about this, after having gone through this with my mom. Just email me and I will give you the info. Don't think for a minute that if you don't have celiac that gluten cannot affect you.
