This is all on your tolerance, I can't handle the if content of something like this personally. I might be able to have it broken up into pieces during the day as a cookie after a very sf heavy meal, I would not trust this as a snack for myself, but it's your tolerance for soy and brown rice that matter, maybe just try it, see how you do, do you eat brown rice now

Thank you. But when people tell me to "just try it and see how it goes" what you all don't understand is that I am in pain all the time and I can't tell what I can handle because right now I don't know what is causing me problems. Even the brown rice, I don't know. I'm confused because Heather said they should be okay, but not sure if she meant okay as a snack without an SF beforehand.
