Do you eat in your breakfast cereal and for lunch? My morning cereal is pretty high in insoluble fiber and I'm not sure what fruit, besides bananas, would be good.

For breakfast - canned peaches, canned pears, bananas, or blueberries.

At lunch, the first three mentioned above, apple sauce, or a fresh apple, peach, or nectarine. I should note that I could not always tolerate fresh apples, but my IBS is so much better than it was 7 years ago.

Be careful - some people can have problems with apples, applesauce, peaches and pears due to the excess fructose these fruits contain. See the first two links in my signature for more information.
