So I noticed, when I drink beer, 1-3 is ok, anymore and I get very bad bloating for a long time.

Vodka mixed with a safe juice, I might get a headache at some point, but my stomach handles it much better.

The main subject here is wine.
When I have had wine, be it white or red, sweet or dry, I seem to handle that best.

I wanted to ask if this is the case for most of you.
Do you find wine the safest, and if so why?
Further, which kind is best, or are all the same?
Is white better than red, dry over sweet, or does it not matter?

I don't drink much, but I have noticed the same effects.

Overall, I think I do better with white wine, though I prefer the taste of reds. By "overall" I mean, in all ways my body reacts to alcohol. I haven't noticed anything with dry vs. sweet.

If you are noticing GI problems with beer, but not with wines or other spirits, you may be either Gluten intolerant, or have Celiac Disease. There is always grain in Beer, --- malted barley, as well as other grains. This would be worth considering. Possibly, as far as beer is concerned in your case, it simply would be best left for others.
