All the package says is that a serving has 2 grams total fiber. Thanks! It is something you will have to try. Some brands add brown rice bran to increase the amount of insoluble fiber. Processing does not change the nature of insoluble fiber. Also, the amount of fiber given on the label depends on the serving size. It is best to figure out the percentage of fiber in a serving.
