Right hand side pain is common in IBS. My pain is on the right hand side. It can be due to colon spasms. Exercise is useful but won't likely help the pain much. Heather's EFI diet and the FODMAP diet are designed to reduce such symptoms.
Are you following these diet closely?
Have you been diagnosed with IBS by a GI doctor?

I already told you I was diagnosed.
One day I had some store bought peach tea all natural no preservatives. It was regular lipton probly.
Did you read my raspberry tea post?
thanks

I read you post about raspberry tea and raspberries in general. While interesting there is little clinical evidence to support any claims that it is particularly useful for managing IBS symptoms. I wish it were that simple.
Do you follow Heather's Eating for IBS and/or the FODMAP diets?

I'm doing food map. I will have some fructan rich vegetables sometimes.
Im adding 500mg once or twice a day for vitamin C then sometimes lemon or lime water for vitamin C. Im also adding 1tsp cod oil daily along with 400mg folic acid. Also shakeology. Then 2 cups tea daily. All pregnancy safe.
I'm also going to be adding exercise which is walking, stretching and some cardio. This is starting now with walking and next week do more as I'm waiting for the shakeology to arrive.
thanks
