Hello - just wondering which category of foods chicken liver belongs to - is this also a trigger food? If so, how best to incorporate it (back) into one's diet?

Welcome to the board,
Good question.
Chicken livers are only 4-6% fat so they are not a high fat food. However, a 2 oz serving has 100% of the daily cholesterol. On the other hand they have about 17% protien and they are a good source vitamins (A, C, B-6 and B-12), iron, copper, thiamin, manganese, niacin, riboflavin and zinc.
They should be okay in moderation
