I know that most yogourt is off limits - I think it's the casein? - but I keep hearing that Greek Yogourt is different. Anyone know anything about it? I really miss yogourt, and it's in so many low fat recipes. Help?? Thanks.

Greek yougurt is typically a higher fat yogurt from 5-10% fat. It isn't the casein in particular that is the problem it is all parts of the dairy in general.

There are lots of nonfat greek yogurts available now since its become so popular...i miss it so much maybe even more than cheese! I've tried eating plain nonfat greek yogurt a few times and i always get stomach cramps and gas.
