corn syrup, sucrose, black carrot juice concentrate, invert sugar..these are some of the ingredients i'm not sure about...i can't find the ingredients on the link...

Here is the complete ingredient list:
Corn Syrup, Sucrose, Tribasic Calcium Phosphate, Water. Contains <2% of: Annatto Seed Extract (color), Black Carrot Juice Concentrate (color), Cholecalciferol (Vit. D3), Citric Acid, Ethyl Alcohol, Glycerin, Invert Sugar, Medium-Chain Triglycerides, Natural Flavors, Pectin, Polysorbate 80, Potassium Hydroxide, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Citrate, Tocopherols (to retard oxidation). May also contain <2% of: Acacia, Corn Starch, Modified Corn Starch, Silicon Dioxide, Sodium Ascorbate (to retard oxidation).
They contain a lot of sugar - 7 grams per gummy. The tablet version contains a tiny amount of sugar.

thank you..yes i did notice they contain alot of sugar which is why they taste so good! i think it's 7 grams per 2 gummies..which isn't much better i realize..but do you think they are safe otherwise? i thought they would be better absorbed than a tablet..
