The flesh maybe a trigger due to the high insoluble fiber content and high fat coconut milk may be a problem for some people. I use small amounts of low fat coconut milk everyday with no problems.

I don't have any triggers. Hypnosis took care of that. I don't use the coconut milk every day, but rotate it with hemp, oat, and rice. It is really very good for you. Read up on it.

I also drink low fat coconut milk and didnt have any problems with it. To me its a great alternative to cows milk as I have an allergy to milk. I also like the fact that it contains few calories, here's the article about coconut milk calories content.
