I have seen many posts of people here eating these. Heather even recommends Graham Cracker Crust for pies. But the ones I have checked contain whole grain wheat flour (Graham flour). Please tell me what brand is made from safe ingredients. Thanks.
Cheers.

I have never seen a graham cracker that is not made from whole wheat. Since its invention in the early 1800s it has been made with whole wheat.

There is a gluten-free version of graham crackers made from sorghum, brown rice, tapioca, and sweet rice flours. It does not need to be from whole wheat.

If you Google "gluten free graham cracker" you will find a products that imitate a graham cracker such as S'moreables graham-style cracker . They are called Graham-style because they are not really a graham cracker which by definition has whole wheat flour. You can also find a few recipes

i believe you were addressing me. you can't buy them, they aren't a brand, you have to make these graham crakers homemade. probably better for you anyway. i can post the recipe for you or direct you where to get it. i make baby french toasts out of these graham crakers.

Kinnikinnick makes a graham cracker substitute that you might want to try. I haven't used them yet myself, but I do like many of the products this company makes. They call them "S'moreables Graham Style Crackers." You should be able to find them in health food stores or order online. They are dairy, nut, egg, and gluten free (no wheat). The fat is listed as total 3%. The major IBS triggers seem to be absent, but I know some people have trouble with ingredients that don't bother others. There is inulin listed toward the end of the list. Other than that, the only other thing I see that might be a problem for some would be "pea starch" or "pea fibre." Like I said- I haven't tried these myself, but they may fit what you're looking for. KellyJean
