Hi all! Well, I made it through my trip and my tummy stayed happy! FOr anyone going to Disneyworld, there are many IBS safe items in MGM, Downtown DIsney and Epcot. Places like Primetime Cafe and the SciFi Cafe in MGM and the restaurants inside The Land in Epcot serve vegetarian items that are safe and yummy. I had to look around a bit to find these places, so I wanted to pass them on to anyone who may be going in the future. WHen in the Magic Kingdom, I had a fridge in my hotel room and made my own breakfast. I brought along pretzels, baked lays and such that I had packed from home for during the day. I also bought a giant pretzel in the Magic Kingdom. I then made sure to eat a good dinner out in Epcot, MGM or Downtown Disney and took "home" leftovers to eat the next day. I am soooo happy to have gone on a trip like this and happy to have maintained by stomach's stability. Good luck to anyone who is going to Disney soon! Leah

hurray that's wonderful! I remember you emailing before you left and I was hoping you survived the stress of taking your IBS stomach on vacation. Glad you had a good time!
