This product only contains 3.5% silicon dioxide which is essentially finely ground sand and the rest is water. You might find this information on silica gel of interest.

this is were am so confused i guess cos i here good bad all time about stuff
what can i take to help this bloating i don't digest any food at all
i have a probiotic
