Which kind does everyone use? I know sugar is not a trigger but is one better for you than the other?

I usually use raw but just wondered if it really makes a difference.

Kerrie - I use white and light brown and honey. Where do you buy raw sugar...health food store where they might as well hold a gun to your head for the money???

Sharon - I've seen Sugar in the Raw in regular stores. That's the brand, but I guess it's the same thing. I never checked the price though. Here's there site if you want to check it out: www.sugarintheraw.com

Raw sugar is also called turbinado sugar. I have seen it in the grocery store.
