This is my real name, so hi again to everyone! Has anyone tried the Tofutti ice cream? It looked like a LOT of fat calories so I'm not sure about it. The coconut milk brand looked less in fat but actually had added chicory fiber! Why do we need fiber in our ice cream?? Any suggestions for a safe ice cream alternative?
