i really cant find a creal thats suits me so i friend said try this

Ingredients: Organic Wholegrain Rice Flakes 100% ,Thiamin (Vitamin B1*) trace ,Junk 0% ,Total 100% ,*Thiamin (Vitamin B1)

Could be a problem due to the rice bran.

i really dont no what to try for breckfast sorry for going on i just feel that rice pops make me bloated lots i find rice cakes ok but am board of eating them i was going to try corn flakes again i no i cant have oats i love almond milk so i can have that sorry i wraping my brain for a good breakfast

Hi

I assume you are in the UK? due to the tesco link

Can you eat cornmeal? if you can tesco sell a cereal in the "free from" isle called "Munch" it made by natures path & contains 82% cornmeal followed by raw cane sugar & a pinch sea salt, they are round yellow balls & they taste really nice

I will give that a go thank you i have tried baby rice todsy lol the babys can keep it very bland i tried
