What To Take For Headaches

I get headaches, I like to avoid medicine if I can, but this is not always possible.
Excederin is the best thing for headaches, it goes away within the half hour.
However, it causes problems with my stomach.
I wanted to know
1) What you take for your headaches that is powerful, fast, and IBS friendly

I find this post a bit confusing. You state you "avoid medicine", yet in another post you were asking about taking steroids? So don't the steroids mess with your gut? I would think moreso than a simple tylenol.
