are all herbal flavored teas safe if i have issues with fructose? i ask because i'm confused about when they have ingredients of say apples, pears, peaches?..i had some blend of tea (can't remember the kind) one morning on an empty stomach (as i usually do with my decaf green or white tea) and i had rumbling after and felt like i do when i get ibs-d urgency..it didn't happen though, but i might have taken a lomotil b/c of being nervous about the feeling...but i did feel that sensation...so do the fruit ingredients cause issues or was it all in my head?? thanks
