Wheatgrass aloe drink "Awaken"

Anyone try this and know if it's safe (besides the fact that aloe may be a stimulant). It also contains wheatgrass juice concentrate, aloe pulp, and pure sugar? Is the wheatgrass safe, aloe pulp IF?

On ALO website it says Awaken it contains 0 grams of dietary fiber (IF+SF) in every 240 ml (240 grams) serving.

According to the producer it contains no fiber.

yea that is true thanks, what do you think about the wheatgraass concentrate?
Also, would blueberry juice from concentrate be safe for frcutose mal?

It looks like it has relatively little wheatgrass. I suspect that the aloe vera juice is mostly water too. 75% of the calories come from the added sugar.

As for blueberries - I used mixed berries which includes blueberries to make a berry juice concentrate/ The small amount of xylitol they contain does not have any adverse effects on me.

Check the ingredients as many berry juices and thier concentrates also contain some apple and/or pear juice to sweeten it. These juices have excess fructose. One reason I make my own juice from frozen berries is because here the only berry juice I can find has apples and/or pear juice in it.

Blueberries, like other berries, contain a small amount of xylitol (which, in higher amounts may be problematic in FM), however, berries are usually considered to be more on the safe side in FM. But probably more importantly, blueberry concentrate is likely sweetened; if food label lists fructose, HFCS, sorbitol, xylitol, maltitol, mannitol, sugar alcohols or polyols, it may be problematic in FM. If it only say "sugars", then, who knows...
