Our bodies contain 1500+ different bacteria in the colon. Probiotics can only provide a small number of these. Any generic probiotic that is IBS safe should be all you need. If you are looking for a probiotic that has been clinically tested for IBS including IBS-C then you might consider Align, VSL#3 or Digestive Advantage .

Probiotics containing a yeast Saccharomyces boulardii or bacteria Lactobacillus rhamnosuss GG (LGG) have been recognised as effective in prevention of antibiotic-associated diarrhea.

It looks not too bad. It contains 5 of the 8 probiotics found in VSL#3 plus a few more which may or may not have any clinical value for IBS. You may find some benefit for your IBS from it.

You might give the second one (Nature's Way) a try. Tell us how it works.

I take Nature's Way Primadophilus Reuteri. I don't have any problems with it, and I feel it helps my IBS tendancies. Gotta experiment with the probiotics. I tried 2 or 3 others before I settled on this one that helps me.

While this probiotic contains one bacteria that has been clinically tested (Bifidobacterium infantis found in Align) unfortunately it contains 1.8 grams FOS (NutraFlora scFOS -short-chain fructooligosaccahrides) which can be problematic for many individuals with IBS. However, that product is not listed on the Natures Way web site. There is an equivalent with Primadophilus® Probifia™ Pearls which still contains B. infantis but without the FOS.

During diarrhea it is important to drink enough water. You can also eat what you usually feel comfortable with.
Hard to say what caused diarrhea, but antibiotics may cause diarrhea days or even weeks after stopping taking them. Probiotics, especially Saccharomices boulardii and Lactobacillus rhamnosus (LGG) are two of recommended probiotics, but they are meant more as a prevention than treatment. You were tolerating probiotics for a week, so it sounds less likely to me they would be the cause.
If you do not get better in a day or two, or if diarrhea becomes worse, go to the doctor immediately, since one dangerous complication of antibiotic treatment is an overgrowth of Clostridium difficile bacteria, which needs another antibiotic treatment as prescribed.
