Probiotics can only provide a small number of these. Any generic probiotic that is IBS safe should be all you need. It contains 5 of the 8 probiotics found in VSL#3 plus a few more which may or may not have any clinical value for IBS. I don't have any problems with it, and I feel it helps my IBS tendancies. Gotta experiment with the probiotics. I tried 2 or 3 others before I settled on this one that helps me. However, that product is not listed on the Natures Way web site.
