i was wondering i have peppermint tablets 30 mins before food
am having hard time right now and i don't no if peppermint tables are causing more bloating has any one else had this happen
am from UK and am looking for a good probiotic to i suffer constipation

Have you tried GasX?Works great.
Also try acidophilous pills,get them at the drug store and once open keep in the fridge.You might benefit from adding yogurt to your diet too.

I keep seeing people suggesting yogourt, and I was told that it all contains casein, which is a bad IBS trigger. I'm confused. Can anyone clear this up for me? Thanks and Be Blessed,
