For me, high fat content really is a trigger - so needless to say I haven't found too many safe fast food options...ha. But actually, I just recently discovered the "Char-grilled Chicken Sandwich" at Chick-Fil-La. This sandwich is extremely low in fat, high in protein, has no mayonnaise, has a good soluble fiber filled bun, and is delicious!

Next year we are coming to the Usa. A few years ago we also had our holidays at the Usa. We had diner a few times at Dennys. ,my dh liked the food there, and it was easy and not to expensive. Does Dennys have ibs safe choices? Should be nice if I Go on holidays and just can make the right choice.
