Hi, I'd love to incorporate smoothies into my diet but my understanding is that any kind of blender such as the Magic Bullet would be whipping air into the smoothie. But since so many of you seem to drink them, I'm wondering if I'm mistaken?

I don't know about that, but I do know I drink them all the time, along with green juices. I also drink wheat grass juice on a regular basis. I don't have problems with any smoothies or juicing.

Sometimes, if you blend you smoothie on a really high blender speed and if your smoothie is pretty liquidy (the more liquid the mixture the easier it is to whip air into it). But if you keep your blender at a low or medium speed you should be fine, especially if your smoothie is made from frozen or thick ingredients.
At least, this is my experience.
