I know that cucumbers are on the unsafe list. I wasn't sure what it was with cucumbers that makes them unsafe. Is it the seeds or the skin or something else? I was wondering if possible seedless cucumbers would be safe to eat or if they would be unsafe also. I can't handle regular cucumbers but I love them and thought maybe seedless would be OK. Thanks!

They are mostly insoluble fiber but I just wanted to share with you my cucumber drink. If you add a slice of cucumber to water or even almond milk, you would be surprised how much cucucumber flavor you get. Its almost as good as eating it!

I figured even the seedless wouldn't be OK. Thanks for the cucumber drink. I'll have to give that a try some time! It sounds yummy!
