I wasn't sure what it was with cucumbers that makes them unsafe. Is it the seeds or the skin or something else? I was wondering if possible seedless cucumbers would be safe to eat or if they would be unsafe also. I can't handle regular cucumbers but I love them and thought maybe seedless would be OK. Thanks! If you add a slice of cucumber to water or even almond milk, you would be surprised how much cucucumber flavor you get. Its almost as good as eating it!
