Here's a question I'm wondering about: from what Ive seen, taking a bath after eating might not be the best idea, but how about taking a bath (excluding lying down). Also, if anyone knows any info, what about other activities such as walking??? Thank you! Try not to worry or think about what you should and shouldnt do too much that will just make it worse! I do the same thing. Do you play any sports?
