Pages: 1 Dicetel causing bloating?       #363950 - 03/09/11 05:09 PM Edit Reply Quote renee21 Reged: 06/02/05 Posts: 486 Loc: Toronto, Ontario, Canada Hi, my GP just gave me some samples of Dicetel (pinaverium bromide) to try. I tried this drug around 10 years ago, don't remember it helping. My GP has given me a higher dose than I took before - 100 mg 3 times a day. I've been taking it for 3 days now. I feel more bloated than usual, also a bit nauseous. I think nausea is the kind of thing that goes away after your body gets used to a drug, but wondering if the bloating is going to as well. Like how long do I give this drug to work before I throw in the towel? My doctor gave it to me for spasm, doesn't seem to have done a lot for that. And I was up all night with that trapped gas feeling last night, can't keep that up for much longer and still make it to work every day. Anyone else try Dicetel?
