Since I am at a dangerous point of losing weight, not getting any good protein lately, and I'm trying to stay with an IBS-safe diet, I've wondered if Perdue's chicken breast nuggets are. Any good to add to my diet. Thanks, everyone! Oh, and if so, possibly any sauce suggestions, too? Thaaanks!!!!

PERDUE® Grilled Chicken Breast Strips might be better. They have 2 grams of fat per serving instead of 12 grams like the nuggets.
