So I don't really have any bowel issues as of late however I have alot of stomach pain.Doesn't matter whether I eat or not or what I eat.My stomach just feels horrible and crampy.I have sharp pains that switch to cramps but just in my stomach.
Is this a symptom too?
How would you deal with it?
It's exacerbating my anxiety issues and THAT is ticking me off.
Any ideas?

It is actually in your stomach, or is it elsewhere in your abdomen? Is there a possibility it's gynecological, not GI?

Have you taken antibiotics recently? They always give me horrendous stomach pain.

I don't think it's gynecological although today it is

I never take antibiotics so it's not that but I am looking into doing a liver cleanse. It looks promising.

The pain is in my stomach.Sometimes it feels like I might be hungry but food can also make it hurt worse.Who knows.

I have read that a liver/gallbladder cleanse can eliminate a lot of problems including IBS symptoms.

I had my gallbladder removed 2 years ago and I am having a lot of the same pain.It only makes sense that my liver would also have stones or issues.

It makes me nervous but I have spoken to someone who does a cleanse every year and she said it has really improved her whole body.

I will let you all know when I do it and what my response to it is.
