I called the clinic yesterday to confirm what I could eat. She said it indeed was stricter than it used to be. But I want an accurate test so I tried to be careful. I ate rice and soy milk with stevia and cardamom in AM, rice chex with rice milk for snack. Rice and baked chicken breast for lunch. Rice and fish for dinner. She said I could eat white bread with no dairy so I had cinnamon toast with my homemade bread as my last thing to eat before the fast. That started at 7:30. I think I did really well yesterday hunger wise! But after I ate the fish and rice I had D. I hadn't fully evacuated in the AM. Otherwise my diet was very safe. Whatever.
So all night I dreamed about screwing up the test! Evidentally I was rather stressed about it. I woke up very tense and crabby but am doing ok now.
I did the first blow at 7:30 and then drank the stuff. I did the second blow at 8:30 and the third will be at 9:30. Then the last one at 10:30 and then I can eat. 1 hour and 15 minutes to go! I am hungry but doing ok. Also I am feeling fine with the fructose. Yea! I was kind of blucky after drinking it on an empty stomach but I never can drink right away in the morning so I don't think it was the fructose. I am really hoping to have the test be negative because I eat mostly fruits and veggies. I definitely want to feel better but not from avoiding fruits and veggies (those and PB are my absolutes!).
Sorry this was so long but I thought we might as well have a record of doing the breath test.

Yea I am dine. I have eaten and pooed and feel fine. What relief. So I will assume until the results come back that I am not fructose intolerant.
