I haven't been tested specifically for SIBO I guess...
I did had 'advanced' stool tests done by an naturopath, a doc specialised in intestinal bacteria. She couldn't find anything abnormal.
I'm not sure small intestinal bacteria where tested too, but I think they would have found them too then?

When I get the nausea symptom it starts in about 1-15 minutes after eating something 'wrong' (glucose/corn starch, but also red meat for example). The D starts in about 1-2 days (otherwise C) if I continue eating it.

The gastric pain after fructose starts in about 2 days (after being symptom-free).

I do eat as little as possible sugar/fructose, to avoid problems. I've been on the diet since January, since March I really started to find out what works for me. My symptoms are about 80% reduced now when I stick to the diet (but I still need medication).

But I'm still trying to find out what I cán eat, because my diet is really really restricted right now.
First of all, that's really frustrating to me, but secondly I think it's really unhealthy too (vitamins etc).

Everyting I try seems to give me trouble, but there's still a lot to try I guess. Hopefully I can eventually create a somewhat less restricted and healthier diet...

Yeah I know what you mean, it is frustrating. I'm sort of searching for similar answers as you. You're doing the right thing though with your research. I suppose a vitamin (with out sugar additives) and fiber supplements would be the best way to get some of that extra goodness missing from fruit.

High fructose corn syrup is known as isoglucose or glucose-fructose syrup in Europe and it is not banned. However, it is under a production quota first implemented in 2005. In 2007 and 2011 the quota was increased due to increased demand.

I have a corn allergy. Corn, corn flour, corn syrup, corn starch, etc. And corn actually comes in many, many different forms. A lot of the things that are IBS no-no's are also things that are at their base made from corn (ie MSG). This is a good list of corn derivatives: http://www.cornallergysymptoms.com/corn-derivitives.aspx - Some I can have, some I can't. It depends on how sensitive you are to it.

I, of course, have no idea if you have it but I can't eat hardly any. If I do you'll know within a couple hours because I'm just really angry. This crazy aggression comes over me and suddenly everyone and everything is on my nerves.

Other people get excema, or IBS type symptoms, or a million other things.

If that ever happens to anyone else that reads here: I can take a good size dose of a liquid vitamin B complex and about 20 minutes later I'll be okay. More relaxed, etc. Sometimes it happens to me on accident. It gets pretty frustrating to eat for IBS, Corn Allergy, and Diabetes!

Good luck!
