chez gourmet oregon harvest burger
Gluten Free/Vegan: contains brown rice, forbidden rice, sweet potatoes, anasazi beans, carrots, mushrooms, corn, onion, pecans broccoli, celery, flaxseed, salt.

it has 4.5 grams fat
180 calories
40 calories from fat
5g dietary fiber

my freind bought them for me to try and i am thinking of passing them along they intimidate me, what do you guys think?

Most of the 5g of fiber looks like it is IF

It would be too much gritty IF for most people.

But she would most likely be eating it with a bun im assuming, so wouldn't it be ok? I would personally eat it, but thats just me..im not sure how sensitive you are with veggies but i usually do well.

i was going to have it with rice as a roll up, but I think there are veggie patties out there that seem like they'd be safer, it's so nice to get second opinions!

Yeah that forbidden rice should be forbidden to us too! I got really sick from that a few times before I decided never to eat it again. I am not sensitive to IF like many people either.
