Hey guys

Recently, due to my college dining hall's lack of good meat, I've been substituting with hard boiled egg whites, and eating 3-4 with each meal. Are there any precautions I should take with these? So far, I find them fairly inert

They are full of protein and low in fat. They shouldn't present any problems. Enjoy. Are you getting protein from other sources such as chicken, turkey, fish and seafood?

yes, I'm also getting protein from grilled chicken, turkey coldcuts, tuna, beans, and sometimes nuts

I've actually been eating a lot to try to gain weight. Its been working- I've gained 3-6 pounds in the past month. I've been walking everywhere and lifting weights, so I'm not too worried about unhealthy weight gain.
