After passing a small, loose bowel movement today, I noticed what appeared to be a small, translucent, scaly organism (appeared similar to a mini mini shrimp or something along those lines?) with small antennae in the toilet bowl. This is the first time anything like this has occurred and I am freaked out. I have a doctor's appointment lined up, but this is grossing me out - do I have some sort of parasitic infection?!

Are you sure it wasn't in there before?
Don't get too freaked out yet.
See your doctor and get tested for parasites but it could have fallen in before you sat down.

You could actually see that it was def an organism or it could have been one?
I read that sometimes eating bananas can cause these stringy looking things in your stool that may be mistaken for parasites. Anyone hear this or witness this?
