Pages: 1 Meals on an Empty Stomach       #360596 - 08/26/10 05:09 AM Edit Reply Quote Orlando Reged: 06/03/08 Posts: 26 Loc: Atlanta, Georgia I have a question about what to eat when my stomach is empty. When it comes to French Bread, bagels etc....when I read the packaging it says it contains enriched wheat flour, even the all purpose unbleached flour I use says it contains enriched wheat flour. Is this safe to eat even though it contains wheat? Are there substitutes with no wheat? Or is it just whole wheat that I am supposed to stay away from? Thank you.
