How long have you had IBS?
How are you managing it?
You know you can cook your husband the things he likes...just also cook what is safe for you to eat.

I agree with dragonfly.
I cook 2 meals most nights or at least a meal and a half!!
Steak for him and chicken breast for me.
Seasoned rice for him and white rice for me.

Yes it is a pain in the butt BUT he should not have to give up what he wants and likes just because I can't eat it and so this is our compromise.
If I am having a bad day, he gets his own.....and something for me if I am able to eat.

You have many many options.
Tell us what you have tried so far.
