Lunch Ideas??

Hey everyone!!
I'm starting an internship this week which is like an hour's drive away from home, so I won't be able to pop home for lunch like I usually do. Does anyone have any safe, easy-to-make lunch ideas??

For a simple take-along lunch, I make a turkey, chicken, or tuna sandwhich on safe bread. If you prefer a vegan meal, try a jelly sandwhich (I like the SimplyFruit jellies and jams). You can accompany your sandwhich with some baked chips and safe fruit ( I normally bring a banana, applesauce, or an apple and a knife so I can peel the apple). For super simple, I grab a bagel (no cooler needed, though not much nutritional value there). HTH
