Greek food is tough - even the pita, which should be safe, is often "grilled" in lots of butter or oil. If you're an IBS-C, you may be able to get away with a salad (no feta) after eating lots of plain (non-grilled) pita bread. I'm not sure how stable you are or if you tolerate salad.

Don't be afraid to be very specific about what you need and send things back if you need to! We used to go out to a Greek restaurant around the corner from us for breakfast - I've definitely had to send back egg whites that were clearly cooked in bacon grease!
