What sort of oats? Oatmeal? And if oatmeal what kind? I eat regular oatmeal - not instant - every morning.

I found that many things containing oats cause problem but regular oatmeal that takes 20 minutes to prepare is fine. Also, when I lived in the UK, I found that some brands of oatmeal contained more bit of oat hull (bran) which caused problems. I forget which brand I eventually found that was clean of oat hulls.
