Anxiety Meds-Best For IBS

One of the big problems I have with IBS is how it compounds me getting treated for my other problem....OCD and Anxiety.
I have IBS-C with bloating.
I recently tried Pristiq and think it made me worse.
I was wondering if any of you have a list of the best anti-anixety meds/OCD meds which would NOT make me worse.
I have tried
-Zoloft/Prozac/Cymbalata/Luvox
Only the pristiq may have caused C issues, the others were discontinued for other reasons.
If anybody here can give me a list of SSRI/SNRI or other anti-anixety/OCD meds which should NOT increase IBS-C/bloating issues I would be most grateful as I could then ask my Dr. for an RX.

I use Lorazepam 1mg half tablet when needed for Anxiety.Not on a regular basis.
It has no side effects for IBS.It does make me kinda sleepy but if I keep moving I am fine.
Works awesome.

That's not ideal because
1) I need a daily med, Loraz is as needed
2) Loraz is a benzo...which is NOT something for long term use...it is for acute, short term use

Actually I take it as needed. beacause I don't need it everyday..BUT! I could if I needed too.
Tell me about your anxiety.
What does it stem from?
Mine came from developing IBS and I would have a panic attack just thinking about going to the bathroom in public.
Once I got my IBS symptoms under control I still had panic attacks for no reason.
The Lorazepam helped me to get through moments I knew I would have a panic attack.
Eventually...and it didn't take long...my body stopped having panic attacks and I therefore do not need to take my meds.
But what causes your anxiety?

Just General Anxiety and OCD...which IBS makes worse...it preceeded IBS.

I used to be on mirtazapine ( i think its called remeron in america ) I never suffered with constipation before mainly diareah however ive noticed im more solid without it - maybe the reverse would work for you - it may loosen u up a little bit ?? just a thought its not a ssri its an older anti depressant btu it did work for me i traveled to spain etc on it - however the onyl downfall was i put on a little bit of weight with it !! xxx good luck in finding something xx
