I found these at my local kitchen store, though I am sure Norpro products are available many places. These are great. After baking the shell, I put food in them that I can safely eat and enjoy the experience of eating the baked shell as well. I just looked on eBay and saw that MyKitchCo carries these. The current listing number is 270503493021. Some of you might want to take a peek. I have never seen a tortilla shell. Is it just the rounds I am used to seeing, or is a shell different? It bakes into the shape of the fluted pan. This gives you a nice baked crisp tortilla shell to fill with whatever you like, like a bowl. You can also use this to make baked tortilla chips and break the shell apart and into pieces once crispy. Saves having to cut up tortillas and put them on a cookie sheet to be baked. Typically this shape is used for a salad in a Mexican restaurant, though I fill mine with anything I can tolerate, including homemade chili with soy cheese on top.
