its OK i spoke to him and his team today i see him in february cant wait i just wish i new what am doing wrong at moment cos i cant cope i have gone from soya to rice milk but feel the same and am not sure if the rice milk is constipation me and am bloated all time i don't no if to go back so soya or goats and am so sad ibs team at Manchester said to stick with one for a while but i cant if its getting worse just don't understand do all ibs users use rice milk

Julie, all your posts seem to be centered around rice, soya, or goat's milk. It's about more than the milks. As I said in another post, why don't you take all of them out of your diet for a period to time, and then reintroduce them one at a time, and give it some time to see if you experience problems. You may find that is has nothing to do with the different milks in quesition, but an actual food you are eating. No one here can answer the milk question for you, since you have to find this out for yourself. So, try the elimination method and see what happens.

Well, I don't have an answer to that, because I don't know your body. Maybe others can help you, but if you think one of the milks is the problem, then you need to find out which one.
