I cannot eat anything with artificial flavorings. They may not give you any problems. Other than that they look okay.

Artificial flavoring are different than fructose. Some IBSers find that artificial flavorings can cause IBS symptoms. Other people find that they can eat them with no problems.
It took me a long time to figure out that I could not handle artificial flavorings. In fact, it was potato crisps with artificial vinegar flavoring that helped me figure out that this flavoring was causing me pain. Later I found that artificial peppermint in Xmas candy canes caused me problems. So artificial flavorings maybe a problem for you. I know for certain they are IBS triggers for me

what about bob's sweet stripes soft mint candies? i know it has artificial red coloring,but says nothing else is artificial..

I am not sure about food colorings. I just know that artificial flavorings are a problem for me. I would think that Bob's sweet stripes soft mint candies should be okay.
I buy English mints that only contain sugar, glucose syrup, gelatin, gum tragacanth and natural peppermint flavor

Is it true citric acid is a problem for D? I notice it in everything. I bought all natural Polaner peach jelly,have you heard of that? ingredients are, juice concentrates(pear,grape),peaches,fruit pectin,natural flavor and citric acid
don't strawberries have lots of citric acid? maybe they are problematic?

Citric acid is gives citrus fruits their sour flavor such as the sourness of lemons. It is quite natural.
