Does anyone else get this... where you are SO bloated and it is so high up in your gut that you can't take normal full breaths??? It's as if your diaphragm is pushing up so hard on your lungs or something??

Just want to know I'm not alone with this one. I say "bloat" but it seems like I mean something so crushing that it isn't typical bloat.

Not that I would suffocate and die but it is harder to breathe and makes exercise, especially biking, much harder.
-------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
