Hi there, has anyone else seen those Restoralax ads on TV lately? I am not interested in taking an OTC laxative, but being a student of the GI tract, I was curious about it so I googled it but couldn't find anything. Maybe because it's new on the market? Anyone know what's in it?

Your question peaked my interest. I found the company that sells the product and contacted them. Restoralax is distributed by a company in Quebec called Proxim. It contains 100 % Polyethylene glycol 3350 Powder for Oral solution – laxative. This is the same laxative contained in Miralax.

Thanks, Detective Syl! I figured it must be duplicative of something already on the market.
PS Piqued not peaked. Sorry, couldn't resist

Statistically and emotionally my interest peaked and piqued, respectively.
