Trish - I've been okay except for some bloating lately. I've been wondering why my jeans get so tight around the waist and tummy in the afternoon lately. I thought I was shrinking my jeans in the dryer--NOT!
The site is www.dwlz.com and it's for WW help and ideas. If you get recipes off of it, you're going to have to do some substitutions. But the nice thing is they have point values for baking and cooking quantities, like cups of flour and sugar and oils, etc. I haven't even scratched the surface of this site. They have boards too, but I haven't logged on to them yet. Maybe soon when I have some time--guess I have to find a hat for that one too!
You been okay? How's the stocking of your cupboards coming--or is that Kimbo? I'm losing it, man! I've started to keep a list of all of you and where you are and what you need. I think that's the only way I can keep track.

I'm ok, no that is Kimbo re the cupboards. Now the weather in Australia is cooling down, I am looking for some nice soup recipes, got any good ones?
I tried some trousers on today that I wore last winter and they are too big!!! YAY!!!!
