I used to take Iceland Health Omega 3 a long time ago. From what I can remember I did ok. Today I picked up Iceland Health Omega 3 it says Cholesterol Health 650 MG. I tried flax oil about 6 months or so ago and had a horrible attack. So I am afraid to try this out again. I need supplements badly as I know Im not getting the proper nutrition. My hair, skin etc needs it. Im needing some reassurance that this will be ok to take at least 1 cap a day. Anyone else take fish oil and do ok? When I had the flax oil attack I took it before bed. I guess that was a No NO. I just need some positive feedback as to if this is ok for you. I am mostly IBS C. Thanks in advance...

Fish oil tablets do much better if taken with a meal. I still find they cause some gas but they do not cause an attack. Also over time they can in some alter how things taste slightly. A good compromise might be to take them every other day. What ddi you decide to do as this isnt a new post? thanks
