Immediate Gas When Eating Anything?

Is this a common IBS thing? I dont care if it's a bite of white plain rice, I get immediate gas. I'm talking like 30 seconds after I eat anything. Bread, rice, plain turkey...everything! I have tried gas-x, beano, charcocaps, pure charcoal, nothing works. Is this a normal IBS thing? Or do you think I have something else going on? H Pylori, or??

Merely the process of eating can cause bloating & spasms in some IBS individuals. You can read Heather's description of the the gastrocolic reflex which cause it.
